Spoorzoeker is a tailor-made process, we prepare the young people for a work experience in your company. You can meet the them during workshops on our networking day. After the 8-week trajectory at the Employment Support Centre, an internship will follow in your company.

 

• searching, screening and preparing candidates

• propose suitable candidates for workplace learning

• facilitating a meeting between the company and the candidate

• guidance during a company visit (if applicable)

• support with an entry test (if applicable)

• administrative support to enable workplace learning

• guidance during workplace learning: guidance on the first working day and on demand

• evaluation after workplace learning
